Need advise please.
I just received my ultimate BCE wih A7750 from one of the recommended dealer here and have 2 issues:

1. The rotor sounds loose as it has knocking sound whenever it turns and it can't charge when on the wrist. The rotor is not spinning freely. I can't open the caseback as I don't have the case opener. Hand winding the watch is ok and it will keep time.

2. I can't pull out the crown to adjust time. The furthest I can pull to is the first stop where the date adjustment is. Something must be stuck.

The question is, what kind of warranty (if any) can I expect from the dealer?. This is supposed to be the ultimate and I expect a bit of QC prior to shipping. I don't know any local guys that repair replica otherwise I would have gone this route.

Thanks for the advise.

I would contact the dealer and make them aware of the problems and ask for a replacement. As far as the rotor goes. You probably just need to remove the back and tighten the screw that holds it to the movement. You can use a ball of duct tape sticky side out or a rubber ball to get the back off. I am not sure about the stem. Good luck.

Thanks werflga. I tried using bluetac to remove the caseback. That thing just not budging.
I have written to the dealer but have yet to receive a reply.

Contact the dealer by every means you can find (email is best), explain the problem and ask for exchange information.
This sounds pretty messed up, and since it's a clone movement no watch smith is going to have easy access to any parts that may need to be replaced. Plus having it cracked open and worked on will void any "warranty" the dealer will give.
Typically, you are going to have to pay to ship it back and the dealer will either fix it, replace the movement, or exchange the entire watch.
Don't expect the same quick response you got in the buying process. It may take many emails over a couple of weeks to even get acknowledgement of your issue. and it's not uncommon for the process to take a month or more from the time you ship it off before you get it back.
Good luck - this will take a while.

It happens even from trusted dealers. They are not "trusted" because they can guarantee your watch will be perfect upon arrival, they are trusted because you get what you pay for and they will take care of you if there is a problem.

So, don't wear it and email your dealer right away about the problem(s). You will probably need to send the watch back for repairs or replacement.

I'll try to be patient and I know its tough luck.
How so that opening the caseback voids the warranty if there's any in the first place? LOL

I guess the old timer here must have bitten by this huh? This is my 3rd replica in 2 months. The first one I bought from BK had some problem but BK is a true gentleman. Problem solved after sending the watch back to him and back within a month. The second one from WM9 went without a hitch.

I'm not getting any good luck. 2 of 3 have problem but this one is deadly...

Depending on the dealer, you may be fine. But I have seen a post or two in the past where a dealer asked "how I know you not broke watch when you try work on watch?".
If it were just a loose rotor, I'd tell you to try to fix it because that's relatively easy and cheap and better than the return process. But with the crown issue as well, I think you are looking at something more serious and you're best just to send it back and let them make it right.
Just my $0.02.

It happened to me on my first ever purchase. I was gutted to send the watch back as I had only just received it, but I conversed with the seller and followed his instructions.

The watch has hardly been off my wrist since it was returned all working well.

My guess is that the screw has come off the rotor and is stuck somewhere, preventing the stem from being fully retracted. I'd try and get the caseback off and take a look inside. Sending a watch back can be a major pain, and if its something simple, its better to fix it yourself.

Totally agree to this post, I would take a look at it before sending it back, I sent onces a watch back and it took 5 month until I receive a new one.

The dealer just replied my email asking me if I can't fix it locally, he asked me to send it for an exchange.
5 months is a long time Guru. I offered to buy another piece from him if that would speed up the return - you reckon?

Thanks for the advise Andrew. I tried to open the caseback and failed.
I tried duct tape, bluetac and can't yank this case back open.
The other problem is I can't adjust the time as the crown won't move to the second click position and I think this is a bigger problem
