GMTII polished mid links scratching

Hi there,

I'm quite new to this site and have recently bought a GMTII from Precious Time, PT is excellent. I have noticed that the polished mid links in the bracelet are scratching very easily. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these by using a product or a special cloth etc?

The watch is excellent apart from this annoying issue.
PT suggested I ask on this forum for advice from you guys. Any help would be much appreciated.

It's very normal, the gens have the same problem too. It's easily fixed with a cape-cod cloth, here's a tutorial:

Scratches give it "character". Particularly if you're going to wear it everyday.

my gen has scratches all over it. i will polish it someday or the rsc will do it when i send it for service.
