5517 Vintage Sub, Nato edition

I did this project ~5yrs ago. Genuine 1520 caliber. The dial font and logo alignments are all correct. All the engravings are accurate... The only issue is that the bezel is stuck and doesn't rotate. This never really bothered me tho. I could file the crystal a bit to make it turn but I never did.

I have this watch.

It was the first rep I bought in the forum.

I bought it from Belial2K, I changed the spring bars to make it removable, and now it is with a gen croc strap.

Very nice watch, and wonderful pics.

They come up on ebay, there's normally a few up at any one point. Some have silly Buy it now amounts but some go for ok amounts on auction. I've seen a 15xx series movement go for $800 or so.
