...the cheapest Canal Street piece of junk Omega I have ever seen. The HEV was directly at 10, the crown was not the flat top, but still not correct, the lume was bright green, the bracelet looked like it had been put together by Alians, the date font was typical Asian and not even centered...

CBR, as I understand it, in your country it's not illegal to own a rep, but it is to sell one. Why not get the cops involved and cut the risk of you getting into trouble because of some scammer? Just a thought...

The chances of finding a police officer that would want to get involved are slim and none.
It seems that with all of the budget cut backs, the law enforcement agencies are cutting back their willingness to get involved with non violent crimes.
For instance, if you have your home broken in to in San Diego County and there is no injury to anyone the police will allow you to file a report. ONLY if the incident can be tied to a string of breakins will it be investigated. If your car is broken in to, forget it... you need to go to the police station to file a report and it is ONLY for insurance purposes.
I would bet my next pay check that if I flagged down a LEO, they would tell me it was a civil matter and they would not get involved. NOW, of course it is NOT a civil matter... but that is what they would say.

It would be kind of funny to set up a meeting with the guy and then call a young TV reporter looking to make a name for themselves and inform them of the many scams currently on Craigslist. In Boston it seems a harmless Craigslist listing for escorts ended badly. Maybe let a motorcycle club know that the guy is doing business on their turf and laughing about it.

obviously selling a rep as a gen should be punished by having to remove your fingernails with pliers. But, if someone offers to sell a rep as a REP on CL how bad is that? I've seen that before and people selling them as high as a grand.
