Interesting project...I like it, although the lack of CGs is very strange for me...

...This could be a nice watch for those who love the look of the Bond/Military Subs, without having to give up on the modern characteristics of the Actual Subs, like the movement, and of course, the Sapphire Crystals.
I don´t like NATOs, so it would have to go. But since the original bracelet is included, it wouldn´t be a problem.

Thanks for posting..

Cheers,
:)

Engraved rehaut in a 60's rep??

It´s a GEN :)
...Just a hommage for the military watches...Just don´t ask me how they managed to get rid of the CGs on a engraved GEN Sub case. I guess it will take a bit of sanding...

Cheers,
Spirit.

Very interesting custom sub. I don't think it will surpass the likes of the pro-hunter though.

Gem hommage or rep - either way I wouldn't buy a watch that is supposed to replicate / pay hommage to a vintage watch but have such a blatant error. Overall, I think it's crap. If they fixed that then I might be in.

There is someone on TRF right now who took a no date sub (modern) and shaved the CG's completely off themselves. He got some very mixed replys to his rather proud thread. A week later it is in the for sale section.

OWNED.
...I love the no-date Sub, but wouldn´t buy a Sub without CGs any time.

Gotta have a look on TRF about it.

bunch o crap. what a waste of a good watch.

Why did they make the Gremlin then?
Do you know how many were bought? Over 650,000!
That was an awfully ugly ride. To each his own.

you know this watch is odd to the usual way we know the sub, but it kindda grows on me. the simplyfied details are to me more interessting than too many blings and tiny details.

I love this watch!
Jake's Rolex watch blog did a review on project x designs, a good read.
Alot of Rolex diehards despise these guys. Don't mess with a good thing types.
I somewhat agree, but for some reason I couldn't stop staring at this watch, and I don't even like nato straps.

Daniel Craig was photographed wearing this modded LV, supposedly so he doesn't damage his 6538.
