Genuine 6digit SubC Bezel is a direct fit on which rep?

Gents,

I’m in the process of making a franken SubC and am curious which factory between Noob/ARF/VRF/ZZF will take a genuine SubC bezel with no mods?

Ie: I’m looking to just remove the rep bezel and click on the genuine bezel.

Spoken to a few ppl who say the Noob v10 and ARF’s are a direct click on replacement to a gen bezel - is that correct?

Also can anyone confirm if the zzf v2 are the same?

Genuine insert on a rep assembly. Expoied in place. Nothing more.

I (think) merely changing the insert is an easier option than changing the entire bezel assembly to genuine.

Put a complete gen assembly on my Noob v10. Fit lokenit was made for it.

The one thing nice about the noob cases is they accept all the genuine components.... bezels, crystal, retaining ring gaskets, movements, dials, etc.

So there is no rep that can take a gen bezel w/o a gen retaining ring?

So as I understand it, you will need all gen or modify the retaining ring of the Noob. The noob ring is taller and will cause the bezel to sit proud so it will need to be shaved.

You're absolutely correct in part. The new V10 you dont need to shave the gasket it will fit perfectly

GEN insert will clip right in on ZZF v2, ARF v1-v3, and V10 noob only.

With noob V9 and below, and VRF you need to use adhesive to stick it in- not ideal if you want to swim regularly with is as one day it will come off

Thanks man, good to know re the insert.

For the bezels however it seems that I will need a GEN retaining ring + GEN hytrel ring to make a GEN bezel assembly sit properly on a rep.

If this is incorrect let me know pls.

Wait, by that you mean gen insert along with the metal bezel ring as well?
