In addition, Eurotimez (http://www.eurotimez.com) will ship from EU on request, but it costs a little extra.

It depends on which country you're from as to whether shipping from the EU is really necessary. Here in the UK customs aren't an issue, but if you're in some other countries like Italy, Denmark or Belgium, then it's highly recommended.
