hi i have a few superficial blemishes on my brushed stainless steel strap
can anyone recommend a good paste or tip that will return my nice brushed finish to strap

Its a noob question, but i guess posting it here is the best place rather than look like a proper noobert in general discussion :p

thanks chris

I use a small piece of light sandpaper (the black stuff used for autobody work). I just lightly swipe the scratched areas and the disappear in 3 or 4 strokes. Just follow the same direction as the original brushing. Others use scotchbrite pads and report that they work well.

Hey andreww do you think that would work on titanium? My Oris TT Titan have a few light scratches on the case and I've been afraid to you sand paper on it.

Scotch Brite pads, they are available in many grits and you would want the finer teh better. Most hardware supply places have them.

I have also used very fine steel wool.
