As for the best submarine. I belive that is HMS Astute.

Jandrew has a rep version but the reactors tend to leak a little and the hull a lot.

you can choose a vintage one, a old one or the new with ceramic bezel. you have a very big choice, but these rollie are really a super look what a great choice. for me the mvt muss be a swiss eta quality imo
