Difficult question, I have never seen parts like that being sold traded around... maybe in some watch-repair shop, like cousinsuk or whatever you could try to find it...

Maybe it went under my bed!

Unfortunately fell in the exhaust of the washbasin while I wash the watch with soap, after removing the bezel. I thought to remain firm in its hole!
