As I do believe PF to be a good guy, I have reinstated his section.... but, if the hboy situation is not resolved.... well, I don't even think we should think about PF not handling the situation...

I understand. I've always treated customers with respect. I believe you know that starting from the day you contacted me for the purchase. I'll go out of my way to keep them satisfied and happy. This incident just made me lose some screws as i feel that i have done my part yet a pp dispute was made. I comprehend why you did that but its still a rather bitter pill to swallow then. :)

Indeed this matter has proven somethings about dealers and reputed members. Nevermind the fellas that still think that i'm losing my credibility but i have proven my case, at least Aquaracer can attest that i indeed shipped the item out on 29 Jan!! LOL!!


For issues like delays in sending out orders, its not something any dealer would want to have that. Only an idiot would think that a dealer would want to cause delays intentionally. Especially when we're talking about mods, theres bound to be unforseen circumstances, parts not good need fixing, parts were late in arriving etc etc. If you want to track all these with a marking on the calender and contact the dealer right on the day you see that red tick on your fridge, you gotta be kidding. SO far i have not dealt with one modder on any forum that can tell you the mods will finish on 26th and they really finish on the 26th.

So Hboy,

still my apologies to you for the current delays BUT, you did cause the chain of delays in the first place that cause my pp to be suspended and that led to the current hold ups as i needed my pp to commence on the work you need. You are late in receiving the watch BUT you will be receiving ONE HELL OF A WATCH!!

I am sure you will find most people are willing to pay a little more for the peace of mind, and obviously, some wont, but then at least they will have been warned

Good moderation LOS (is that the right word? :D ) Airing this in public has meant another lesson learned making transactions and how to deal with them when things go wrong... :wink:

Would just like to say thank you to the team here for allowing us all to read the posts
of this particular situation. I'm glad that PF has been reinstated because I am considering some purchases from them. Also, agree with LOS that this is a good lesson in communication with the dealers and having all your ducks in a row up front as it were.

I want to chime in here and offer my thanks to the mods to allow this post in the open. As a newbie, I appreciate the opportunity to learn about this hobby and about some of the problems that can occasionally crop up. Good job RWI!
