please change PANERAI from super easy to impossible.

i have tried the last 3 years.....with 3 different addresses...mine.....my landlords....and the address of an IT training center.

asked for any catalog that would be available.....recieved.....NONE !!

i figured all rep forum members would like this info.
took a good while to compile, verify sites, email addresses, etc. and post the threads.

also horologie_unitas, not sure why panerai hate you :lol: , but they sent me everything almost instantly, within a few days.

also, if for whatever reason, you don't get anything, just resubmit a week later and use Dr. as your title.
It really works...

Today i just tried most of the companies from the list.

Let's see how it goes.

I got the Panerai 2008 today and Manifaturra Collection 2008 last week.

I guess putting the tittle Dr. does the trick

I did this back before Thanksgiving and ended up with 5 or 6 of them.
Omega sent me a letter saying they did not have any but would let me know when they did.
Audemars in NY Fed-Ex overnighted me a catalog.
Now that is service.

I got all mine from local AD's. Just call ahead and ask if they have them available. Also a good time to try on some watches. Almost bought a Navitimer the other day as Breitling is selling below retail as is Rolex.

i just send a nice e-mail to gaylord ITALO, telling them that i am not intrested in their watches cause i think they SUCK, and that i am not intrested in their sucky catalog as well.

Raymond Weil and Ulysee Nardine send me a personal email that they will send the catalog for me.

UN even gave me the contact detail of the sales person in singapore, hehehehe

Today i received two packages of catalogs,

One from Raymond Weil, a nice looking hard cover catalog

but the most impressive is from NOMOS GLASCHUTTE, signed on the 20th Jan 2009. I think i request everything on the 19th or 20th - no doubt about customer service they didnt send me a catalog, but they send me :
1. Catalog with Flyer, Post Card, Book Mark, and some other dealer list.
2. History Book, yes a HISTORY book, that contain a concepts for NOMOS logos, design and so on.
3. PostCards Book, 16 beautifully photographed postcards of the Tetra2
4. Company Profile?, well it shows their key person, the head designer, and so on
5. A Magazine article from International Watch 2004.
6. Flyer of Mehr Club
oh lastly a personally signed letter from them. I'm amazed, that's what i called a customer service........to bad i'm not going to buy their watch any time soon
