the dial was from rmcsherry on rwg. the surface (execpt the letters Marina Militare) is untouched, it's the great job of rmcsherry. but to fit on my molnija i only could use the upper layer of the dial. i used my old backplate wich is at least 4 times lumed and vintaged to achieve the desired look. the last step was the filling of the markers.hooligan said:

I knew that I can not resist...
I changed the mineral crystal for a Plexi and so i took the chance and modded the dial again. Now I have brighter markers and so there's now a better contrast.
I love the look of the curved plexi, just need to make (very slightly) scratches...
