Snow in Las Vegas??

A 30 year snow storm hit this desert town yesterday. I have lived here for nine years and never seen anything like it. Here is a shot on my way to work with my DSN 203a

yep it's pretty odd to see snow in Vegas...the last few days it looks like most the country has been hit by snow storms.

yeah it was dffinately freaky. Worse part was trying to get up a long uphill street leading to my house and then up my driveway.... lets just 500+hp rear wheel drive supercars are NOT equipped for the snow...at all... and the Z rated tires dont help too much either.

It took me literally 15 mintued to get up a 35 degree incline driveway into my garage....sliding and skidding all about. Finally I took the ESP off, put the car in first gear and mashed the pedal hoping for the best....the best was a sideway slide (luckily into the garage) lol. I had people behind me honking going up the hill yelling at me..they just couldnt understand how an AMG Benz cant move from a stop light....believe me I tried...

Naturally I stayed home today - couldnt get down rom the driveway, and none of my other cars were properly equipped either.

I know how you feel. Apparently when it snowed here in Southern Louisiana the other day, these people just about lost their minds. I sure wished I owned a body shop that day!

I am up in Henderson - McDonnald Highland...So I got a bot of a slop coming up Gibson
