If you have not tried it before, order a Greenberg smoked turkey for Christmas (obviously too late for Thanksgiving). They are made in Tyler Texas and are the most incredible turkey you'll ever eat. They ship nationwide.

I guess its more the thought of a Turducken I like haha.
for instance when ever I see the flinstones.. and that gigantic rack of ribs.. I've always wanted one. or.. ever gone to a midevil fair? .. I always get a giant turkey leg mmmm

I'll have to talk to mom about getting one of those turkeys I'll check out the website right now )

I love fried turkey but I hate the clean up so I have been Apple brining/smoking my birds in the past few years. This year the ladies are going traditional so I will smoke some briskets for the neighbors after T-Day.
