I'm interested in the Turn-o-graph. I tried searching the forum, but couldn't find a lot of reviews. Found a good one, but from a while ago.
I'd like to know your opinions about this watch, is it a good replica? I allready know the red date is quiet hard on this timepiece.

I found out that the gen had a diameter of 36mm, some replicas have 38mm...

Thanks in advance!

I have written this quick review about the Turn-o-Graph in August, when I got mine.
...It´s the standard Datejust size, 36mm, and powered by an a21j movement.

I enjoy the look of it and the bezel turns really smooth, runs strong and reliable so far, and it´s a nice watch afterall.

Hope that it helps you a little bit at least, fella.
Cheers,
Spirit.

´Sup watchace :)

...I got this TOG as replacement for a dead Daytona (Deadtona) from a local rep store here @ my town, so, no site or nothing that is on our trusted dealers list here. But as I know the owner of the store, it´s always ok for me.

I bet any of the dealers here can get you this exact model for you easily, as it´s not a too difficult find to see around, and there´s no mistery at this Datejust model.
Read my review about the a21j Daytonas, and you will get hooked on the info about how this Turn-o-Graph got to be at my hands. :)

It´s on an update at the second page of the review.

Cheers,
Spirit.

You know what Spirit, I have searched for this tog model before and only saw it on the J&A websites and I wont deal with either of them anymore.....

Only other choice could be ruby but I also had a recent bad experience with her so not ready to give her another shot just yet, and she said all her SS DJ cases have the 14k stamp in the back and I dont like that on a SS model anyway, SOoo that leaves me with no other choice really for purchasing this model.

Do you know what price your local dealer sells it for?
I figure it cant be that expensive since its an asian movmt, right?

Around here, it should cost around $90 ~ $100 more or less, not much than that.

Since we depend on the currency exchange here in this country, dealers are sky-rocketing their prices here nowadays. I´ll be taking a break from buying watches until situation gets stable again.

...People here are writing about Hont being a reliable seller so far, and as for Ruby, I guess it´s because she is moving home, so things can get really messy in this meanwhile, but I bet it will be fine soon for her.
I know how this can be cause I just moved on recently too (this week) and I´m still drowning on alot of things to solve and get organized...

Spirit.

Thanks for your reply spirit. It makes me really want one... I'll check it out. Andrew sells them, so does silix, josh, ...

Looks like your pics and review made watchace go crazy...

About 2 hours ago I went to the AD, had it on my wrist, I like it. It's very smooth, stylish and sporty as well.

Strange it isn't a popular rep...

Though, thanks for sharing spirit!

best regards!

I've been going crazy for it for about a year now :D

Sadly I'm currently boycotting J & A so they're not an option for me, and silix version of this model is just too flawed for my taste (wrong clasp type and really weak date mag),,,, so hoping something else comes up....

If you find a good rep of this model please let me know (other than with J or A or course).

Cheers

Have you checked with Reg (Narikaa) or D4M? They can source watches for you.

LIttle late to the party, but Edge, where did you order the TOG from.

Does it have a black or charcoal dial? Correct clasp? Bezel height low or does it look like the Gravitron from the traveling amusement parks?

Let me know when you can.

thanks

I have seen some ToG with Trevor and they look really awesome. It would be my next purchase if I can't outsource from Hont.
