COLDI said:Imo opinion the matte pvd finish on dd or even a dj would look a lot more bad ass. I know fakey only did one matte finish to a sub but I think a dj would be cool. I would think a dd would be even cooler but hey that's just me! That way the silver in it gives it more of a well rounded look. You can wear it out in evening wear or just casually.
COLDI said:Sorry for the noob respnse but why would a dd have unreliable movement? I just thought it would run on a 21j. I've seen the pics of the matte. Could you explain how it looks tougher? From pics I always thought it looked like polished tt...am I wrong aren't I?

That does look nice (and I'm still wondering how you "photoshop" some of the idea you've posted... really nice), but I was actually thinking smooth bezel, black face with roman SS (polished grey) lettering and sticks, white number on black date, and PVD oyster band for the PVD DJ... Should that make any difference.

I'm telling ya, the Milgauss (not green sapphire) is the way to go here. Smooth bezel, oyster bracelet, black face with stick (lume) markers with orange markers at 3,6,9,12, and the orange lightning bolt arrow secong hand. The contast would be amazing, and the sportiness and quirkiness of the hand and markers would play even stronger in a stealth case.
Any photoshop guys out there (not HK?) want to spend a minute or two I think you'd see what I mean.
the milli isn't even close to being correct. no matter what you do you can't make it believable because the case is the wrong size. the turnograph is 36mm like a dj and the case is correct.
