Is there anything I should know before using my Daytona?

P.S. Just because your watch doesn't have a date window doesn't mean the 2836-2 or 7750 doesn't have a date wheel on the inside.

Let me put on my trusty date window spotting lenses and see if I can find it.

I forgot,

the Daytona does't have a day/date fonction,
BUT:
avoid to change the date between 10.00pm and 2.00am, there is a serious risk of tiroïd cancer, diarrohea, even SIDA, or worse, impotence,

yes,yes,
si,si,

stop bullshit talking and forums intelligence enforcement,

Mr Tictac,
Just kidding,

I just bought a lovely white faced daytona off Stan, it's a pretty little thing too, and a GMT with a black face.

Just make a donation to the McCain/Palin ticket. :p

RWG humor. Not very funny anymore, I guess.

I've had mine for a few months now. It runs great after the "wind, shake, wind, shake treatment". It has to be twice

Although it only gets occasional wrist time....

Maybe that's why it's been running great.

I wonder how it'll do if it's worn on a daily basis?

Ok, don't change the date when the time is between 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock. If I did have a date, hypothetically, do I also not change the date when the clock is still ticking?

Dont hand wind Asian 7750 movements.. wind the watch by shaking it in a swirling motion. I bought one of these a year or so ago and it worked for about a week before it died. Its just such a sketchy movement.. on and yeah.. dont use the chonograph on the Daytona.. consider it "for show" only. Mine worked until i tested the chonograph, and then it was dead.
