Well.... I wanted to take the temperature on how I am doing as "chair", "CEO", "Don", "admin", or whatever else you want to call my position as the leader of the staff of RWI.

I am coming up on the end of my first 60 days in this position and I was curious as to what my approval rating would be.... so lay it on me...

Hehe... I hope I do better than George W does in these things... and by the way, I am not looking at a pat on the back or an attaboy... I actually want actual feedback...

I'm not going to be the silent voter. I think you are doing a great job. At first I didn't really know your agenda but as time went on I realized that you needed to do the things you were doing to move forward and grow the forum. Your managing style is very different from Greg's but no less fair or thoughtful. You and I see things a little differently from a world stand point. You see things in black and white whereas I see the world in several shades of gray. But that's is what life and managing is all about, different perspectives, different angles. The fact that you even give a shit what we think is a testament to you as our HMFIC.

The board has never been better since I have been a member IMO. New options (dealers, open discussion, ect.) and freedom to give an opinion without repercussion is a major achievement. Would be nice to get a pm without the word banned in it once and a while. :lol:

I voted positive. I found this board to be the most welcoming of all of them, from staff and members. Also, from what i've seen, LOS or the other staff doesn't throw their weight/power around. Finger isn't on the ban button whenever someone says something contrary to the staff's opinion. Most importantly, the moves regarding dealers IMO has made a difference already with prices. There seems to definitely be a backlash, people tired of being bent over with prices. Example : I havent seen too many wristies of the way overpriced flying B.
