it is Friday afternoon and I am sitting in my homeoffice and it looks like nobody is calling me
, so I took some pics of my latest watch which was finished now after almost 5 month when I started the project.
Taka got this watch for me from River when I was in my IWC hype beginning of this year. When I got the watch I sent the crystal to K2222 but when it came back after 6 weeks, the crystal did not look like it was coated. That was when K2222 moved his lab. So I decided to send the crystal back. During that time I purchased on eBay one Eta 7750 for this watch, it was supposed to be new but when it was installed it did not work. Begining of July I got the crystal back from Jakub and this time he did an outstanding job, Taka put the watch back together and the movement still had a problem. It lost 25 min over night, not during the day. Since it was an ETA7750 I gave the watch to my watchsmith and he worked on it. I got it back about 3 weeks ago and this watch is growing on me and I believe it will be a keeper. I am getting lots of complements when I wear that watch but I am not such a Gold fan. Anyhow, this watch with this crystall is something else.
