Moving forward.. I want to have a gauge on who thinks they have the right stuff to be a staff member... there are no open positions perse but it's nice to have people in mind should the opportunity present itself....

I would be interested. i have a passion for watches both rep and gen and pretty much available to the Forum all the time at home and Mobile. (Yes i have read and posted in threads while scud running under a 300 ft could deck.........) If thats not passionate than what is?) I beleive I an fair an unbiased. I always can look at the otehr side and play devil's advocate. This is my kinds place because we are not for sale and if it sux, we say it sux.

not that i really care, but i think its stupid. doesnt really put a good light on us.
in my business we get the best people when we recruit them rather than having them "apply for the job" my 2 cents
