No, I had seen it for a long time there, just didn't notice/care to notice that they were grabbing reviews from members and posting them, etc, etc. Meh, if it's old news then...
The gentleman who runs it (I'm forgetting his name for a moment) has been a prominent member of these boards for years. One of the earliest. He used to review himself, but when you've got By-Tor, etc. why not use them (with their permission of course).
I think his main audience is the looky-loo who is clueless. I think he does a reasonably good job of providing information.

I believe the gentleman sells a book that is either useful in avoiding Reps when buying Gens... or in knowing what type of quality Reps are available and to be sought out... either way its a somewhat useful idea.

I remember Doc making a comment some time back that they stole it from him. I know I recently had a post I made about James Bond copied. I guess it happens. At least Doc is being credited for it now.
