is there a difference in quality between dealers on same wat

So I'm wondering if you buy a BREITLING SUPEROCEAN STEELFISH swiss movement
from one dealer is all the other dealers getting the same watch from the same factory?
Is the quality the same for the swiss SFSO no matter what dealer you buy from? Becasue
there seems to be a price difference of $50-$80.
