Hello, I am really interested in getting a Hubolt rep. I am only 21 so I don't want any gold on it. Does anyone reccomend any good reps (and the dealer) in the $300-400 range? How is the quality on them? Also, my dad saw the Hubolt with gold- how much would a rep of that run? Please let me know. Thanks so much!

Ah Ok... I have read your PM and replied too. I didn't take note of the price.

Ok... I would recommend you to skip ceramic bezel version. Go for PVD.

I will say that the best buy at the moment is Tuiga SS "Lite". That means, the crystal comes without double sided AR coating and the bezel is PVD (but it's still close to the genuine). You can get the crystal AR coated by k2222.

This is how it will look like:

Taka is very helpful. I will be helpful but less so: It's spelled HUBLOT. Pronounced "ooh-blow". 8)

Yes, you can swap PVD bezel to ceramic one at later time.

Mine already comes with ceramic bezel. I would suggest get the PVD one first as the price difference is quite a lot (you can buy 2 HBB lite watches for 1 ceramic HBB).

Such watch is selling about 300USD. So far the best version comes from trusty/Josh.

Hey, I looked at both Josh and Andrew's site and I can't find it anywhere. Any advice? If I get this watch, will it last for a while an be reliable? Also, I ordered a waterproofing option when I ordered my LV sub from Josh, is that a waste to do? Thanks again for all your help!

Glad to hear your jumping into a Hublot. I received tons of help when I was getting my first one from Hambone and others. Now I have 4 and love them. I bought from trusty, puretime and a friend of Klinks. All great. I have not tried the lite version yet but have not heard anything negative.

Good luck!

Hey again. Josh and Andrew told me that their Hublot site would be up soon. I've also been reading about Hontwatch, who has very good reviews. What do you all think about going with this dealer compared to Josh or Andrew?

I have two Hublot. Both of these are within your price bracket. Personally, I think paying extra for water-proofing a Rep is a waste.

Here are mine (both from Josh)

I here good things about Hono too.

I just received a few products from a fav-dealer and one is DOA and I had to take to my watch smith to re-engineer a bit. The point is, as long as you stick with the ones we have here you should be ok - but there is always a chance one slips through with an issue - we can ussally fix with dealer very quickly. They are reps and most are coming from drop-shippers. Ruby at least checks the watches before sending them to you. The other guys are doing so much volume that it is hard for them to check every one they send out.

Good luck,

Matt

I'm also looking at the White Big Bang (undecided as to whether or not i should go with the ceramic) ....looking to buy it from HONT... SO far his communicaton has been pretty fast (usually within a day) and his prices pretty damn competitive... He also says he will take photos of the watche(s) and send before shipping them, AS WELL as checking them to ensure they work

Planning to take the jump this week... I'll let you know how it goes.
