Does anybody knows what happened to Angus? I have bought some watches from him in the past and i have to admit that i was very satisfied from the products and his overall behavior. Lately i bought from him the new Vacheron Patrimony and i received one with wrong dial color ( I ordered the white and i received the black that it does not look nice at all -that is the minor problem) and the most important the watch is no working I mailed to him 3 times to ask him what are we going to do with this - probably to sent it back to be replaced - but i got no answer. Having good experiences with him from the past i would think that he is ill or something like that so i should keep waiting (there is almost a month now) but unfortunately is the second time i have an after sale problem with Angus. Months ago i had bought an IWC Ingenieur. A few days later the clasp on the bracelet was broken and i asked him if he has any in stock in order to BUY one ( I did not asked him to sent me one for free!) No reply again! I bought a strap from SILIX to replace it no to have the watch useless. If you do it once you are forgiven regarding the previous behavior, but if you do it twice something is wrong. I am very sorry, but it seems that this was my very last order from Angus. I have given the watch to a friend watch smith to be repaired if it is possible. If it is not i have to swallow that i have lost 200$. The incident for me is over and i am no going to discuss it again. I loose 200$ , Angus loses a client and that's all folks!

Have you read the other threads? Apparently he's been receiving lots and lots of emails and his inbox is probably full, his new website is generating him a busier schedule, keep trying, honestly why give up? It's not like you're dealing with a scammer, Angus is an honest dealer and has come through every time.

I'm another satisfied Angu's client, but I haven't bought anything from him since he has the web.
Perhaps he is overclocked with that and can't reply to all the new orders with the same attention as used.

I hate reading stuff like this. It seems to be happening alot lately. And with dealers I always have good things to say about.

KLINIK has a poetic mood as usually! Let me put it like that: What is preferable? A good guy with bad behavior or a bad guy with good behavior? Any way i give Angus the benefit of the doubt.

I can't explain the miracle! 7 hours after i had posted the message Angus replied to my messages apologizing for the delay. One way or the other he reacted and moral order is reestablished . I explained to him that the watch is given to be repaired for the moment and we will see what is going to happen. What is important for me is the moral part of the case. The watch comes second. I am glad to see Angus to be as reliable as i always believed.

I just ordered some watches from him, I have heard great reviews and trust things will work out. I have not heard from him with regard to ship date yet or a response to my request to check certain things on the watch before shipment, but I will be patient. Will keep things updated.
