What lume binder do you guys use?

Hi all,

run out of the binder that came with my Noctilumina. I'm in need of more and need advice as to what to use before I just order another bottle from Nocti.

I've attempted cheap nail polish and clear varnish (water based) and the lume ends up chunky and powerdery. Anything else to suggest?

I have had very good luck using "Model Master" "Clear Top Coat". It is made by Model Master and can *USUALLY* be found in your local hobby shop. It looks like it is marked 2736. Belive it or not, my local shops carried no clear top coats, so I had to order from Tower Hobbies on the net.
