apology for Osama Bin Cubfan avatar

I know that it may be a small thing considering all the important things in our lives but it has been brought to my attention by two members of the 'Darkside' that my Osama Bin Cubfan avatar was offensive to them. One member went on the record as stating he spoke for the majority on the forum (that would imply over 3000 voices) Who knows he may even speak for you.

For the record I do not support Osama Bin Laden. It was a parody on the Cubs. You know the cubs are so bad that even Osama is a fan of theirs kind of thing. Any Cub fan would understand the train of thought.. it was all fun and games.

So because it has been so vehemently pronounced that I am offensive I have switched my avatar (i did not like it that much anyway).

Any questions concerns can be PM'd my direction. I hope that I will again one day earn your trust and friendship.

Try not to be sour over this... staff got several pm's stating they were upset that a member would put him as your avatar.

I guess all anyone can do is take something that is not important like this and throw it behind you... and get back to having fun talking about what we love to talk about.
