I wented a rubber strap and And a watch square. Wich one can be better as the BELL &ROSS
I had before in official gen dealer try the BR01 and the BR03, and for me is sure the BR01 is really to big.
square watch looking more bigger, and a 42mm is pretty big.
this one comes from Joshua, it s a relatively not expensive rep, because the mvt is a (swiss) quartz.
the gen mvt is automatic, and it s clear you can see when you looking the second hand, that she s run like a quartz.
but i think it s not a problem, i can wear it everywhere, and i m not scare to scracht or destroy it.
It is heavy, very well done, very likeness. and the strap look terrible
i hope my little post can help Eventual buyer.
thanks to looking, next post my heritage with rubber strap

I like the 03's series , no holes to drill. The 01 is the original issue for NASA test pilots and SR 71 pilots.

Indeed very nice pics, I thought I didn't like the chrono versions at first, but it looks clean enough.

Besides, with no screws at all, how would one go about regulating an A21J? Quartz ftw.

the screws at the back were for the strap lugs, which are detachable on the gen.

the movt would be removed via the front plate.

i have the same BR03-94 from Joshua, very happy with it :)

What sizes are there with the various models? I thought 01 was 46 mm and 03 was 42 mm, but I read somewhere else someone had a 39 mm version... what's that?

The first reps of the br01 were only 39mm, there is no gen with that size.
For some reason the 39mm reps still seems to be available.

What size wrist do you have ? I got the 42mm asian movement watch from puretime and it too small for my 7 1/2 inch wrist. The rubber stap says it is the BR03 which is the correct one. The strap on the watch appears to be 3/4 inch to short. IF I cut another hole in the stap it doesn't allow the samll end peice to fit in the "loop'. I ended up getting a nylone strap from gasbones. I laid this watch out and compaired it s length to my other starp watches and it is indeed one inch short. AM I the only one who has noticed this?

thanks all for your kinds messages.
I have no problems with the strap size. But for the watch size i reapet, 42mm is already pretty big.
look like a 46 mm For a watch Round. I hope this br03 will be soon making with a good automatic mvt, we can dream!
