SSD bezel insert

What is to do now?
The insert doesn´t fit. It´s a little to big I think.
Do I have to grind a little? Has anybody experiences with that?

I'm pretty sure BK went over this is one of his tutorials.

I used s small jewelers file and went round and round slowly till it would just snap in. If you get it right you wont have to use glue.

I did it. But without sanding the edges. And I did not use clue. It snapped in and looks good.

Shouldn't he get some glue in there just in case? I'd hate for that thing to pop out somewhere.. or is it going to stay in?

Same thing with my 1665. Aftermarket insert just popped in nicely without glue.

Maybe you could explain exactly why? Does the same thing as sandpaper.
File worked fine for me.
