I have something on the inside of the crystal. Anybody have some pics or such for removing the movement to clean the inside of the crystal?

It is really simple. Hold the watch by the strap ends together. Flip the watch over, so that the crystal is facing down. Swing it by the straps, and hit a very solid object, like a granite counter top. That will take care of whatever dirt or dust you have under the crystal. Good luck

you must have not swung it hard enough. Swing it harder and it will shatter. Dust and dirt will fly away. Problem solved, no?

Beyond this, I cannot help. It is not hard to do, if you have basic tools, but I do not know of a tutorial.

ok, here it goes..

1. Take the crown guard off (unscrew the screws dude)
2. take the caseback off....
3. find the little push button near where the crown shaft (why is this word not coming to me) goes into the movement. If it is upside down with the crown pointed at your gut (crown is at 3) then the little push button is on the bottom of the movement and near the 2 or the 4.
4. Use a small screwdriver (not to small,, something that is of equal with as the button), push it down while pulling the crown towards you right out of the movement.
5. Locate the little screws which are holding in little movement tabs which keeps the movement in the case,, these are probably located near the 2 and 7 positions. Unscrew them and remove the tabs using some little tweezers (found in wife's makeup kit, but dont tell her... she'll be pissed!)

You should be able to flip it over and the movement come right out without a problem.

D4m, may I correct a single aspect of your info?
The PAM watches have a 6497 movement so no push button (as with the 2824-2) to release the crown. Instead there is a tiny screw to release the crown. Do not unscrew more than 1 turn, then try to pull the crown out. If that is not enough carefully give it another 1/2 turn, no more. If you go to far the keyless works at the dial side of the movement will be messed up with the need of removing the dial and reassembling these parts. You don´t want to do that!
Good luck!
