Let's do the math.
I gathered that most of the people on this forum are from North America and the European Union. Roughly, there are about 700 million people in these countries. Let's add another 100 million people to account for Dark Side participants from Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, Australia and other countries. To round out the numbers let's assume that there are one billion people represented in the countries that participate in some sort of rep forums.
Let's assume that there are 20,000 people who read up on Submariners, Omega's, Breitlings and other watch brands and are knowledgeable enough to tell a rep from a gen.
Your chances of running into someone who knows that you are wearing a rep are some where in the neighborhood of 20,000/1,000,000,000 or about 20 in a million.
When I compare my gen Submariner from my rep submariner side by side, the differences are obvious. I must also admit that other than a side by side comparison even I believe the reps I am wearing are real.
Wear your rep with confidence. You chances of being called out are close to none.

and except for the clasps on the Rolex's they have to be the cheapest made in a high end watch. I see no difference in real Rollie clasp and rep clasp. But I'm sure there is one I just can't see it.

I own gens and reps. Bending the clasp on a rep is extremely easy compared to a gen.

i have to disagree with the "teeth" thing... i've seen a LOT rich people with NASTY looking teeth..
i agree, usually if you look like you should be wearing it then most people wont question it. i've seen a few guys at a local bar wearing ap royal oak offshores and really doubt that they are gen, but i could be wrong. just because these guys dont look like they could afford something like that doesnt mean that they can't!
