Which Cartier looks similar to FM Conquistador Cortez?

I have seen a very beautiful watch last weekend on a man's wrist. It looked like a Franck Muller Conquistador Cortez. But at a nearer sight i noticed it's a Cartier. It was a big watch with a rectangular gold case and Gold MOP Dial with big roman numbers. A very beautiful watch that i've never seen before.

I googled a lot for Cartier watches but didn't find it nowhere. Does anybody know which watch this could be??

It is probably the Santos 100. This model is square and big.

Um, what does that mean? Worthier? Not sure I'm following. If it wasn't that large, it may have been the Santos Dumont. The Dumont looks similar to the 100, but it's much smaller-- about 38mm as I recall.

But through this search the Cortez has grown on me. Does anyone know if there is a Franck Muller Conqustador Cortez Rep out there?
