My "closed factory" 007 - Need bracelet + gen dial

I just got a "closed factory" 007. Can someone help me ID the movement? I was told it was a Swiss 2824.

I'm also looking for a gen dial (standard SMP, not 007) and a bracelet for it. Obviously, I want the accurate bracelet with pins, not screws. Can anyone suggest sources for dial & bracelet?

TIA

I see the ETA stamp by the wheel. Should be some small numbers close to it that will give you your answer.

It's a 2824 or 2836 by the look of things. Can you take a picture with less harsh light?

I'm not much of a photographer. I did the best I could. That was the best photo of the 20 I took. :(

Isn't the "closed factory" SMP suposed to be on 2892 ?

I'm told it came with either Asian 2982 clone, Swiss 2982, or Swiss 2824, depending on when and from whom you bought it.

That was a scam. The movement was actually a Seagull, not ETA 2892. Same thing that was in those Aqua Terras. If this is indeed 2824 it's much better.

This watch looks like the closed factory version. HE in correct place, excellent pearl, good crown guards and better (sharper) bezel edges. The closed factory 007 had a "Seanaster" on the dial... but in this photo the hand is blocking the text. This also has the insert which is a bit too "violet" and light. I would change the insert but keep the pearl, which is fine.

Either way, this is very good looking 007. A keeper, definitely.

Thanks everyone for the info. As long as it's a Swiss ETA movement (2824 or 2836), I'm happy.

Now, can anyone suggest a source for a gen Seamaster dial (not 007 version)?

How about a source for a bracelet? I'd like to get the accurate version with pins rather than screws.

For a dial and bracelet... troll the 'bay.
Or check Mad Ofrei's website... they claim to be able to source every Omega part available.... just don't mention Reps at all in dealing with them... Research your rep so you know which Gen case number your going to be referencing with them.

I'm after a rep bracelet. Gen would be too expensive.

I'm pretty sure gen dials are $150 or more new. I guess the bay is the only place to get them used...
