newbie question

Hi there, i have a half decent 036 which im very fond of but the crown guard is awful which really bugs me, even more so now after seeing some of the photos on this site. So can anybody tell me where i could purchase a new one or if i could get it modded?

As far as I know, no chance.

Once there was Jimmyzfu on the bay, but it's a long time now that all his CGs are sold out -- and even when they were available, they were just for G SS series.

Finding a titanium CG is out of my knowledge. Sorry.

...But how is your CG so bad?

Hi, thanks for the reply, the inside of the guard has really rough edges and is to thin all the way around, it really lets down the rest of the watch, i think a replacement from Davidsen could be on the cards

Definitely check with Davidsen, I have 2 of his Ti watches and the crown guards are nice and thick. Neither of them fit the case very well and had to be modded. There are several threads around here on doing that mod if you do a search.
