You tell me if this (MBW 16610) isn't ready to wear w/o mods

i just bought puretimes MBW sea dweller for only 300...anyone else get one from him?

MBW seadweller is more far from the gen. To list a few flaws, wrong bezel teeth (should be pointier than the sub's), bezel too thin (seadweller's bezel is thicker than the sub's), crystal too low (seadweller's crystal is very thick), rehaut too thin (seadweller's even thicker than the sub's), totally wrong he value, crown way too low on the case (because seadweller's crown is high on the case, much more so than the sub's).

Would wear it any day. But, I would consider a dial relume or a relumed Noobmariner dial swap, gen crown and tube, better pearl, hollow mid links bracelet like the one from a Noobmariner and change and center the cyclop.

BK, are u refering to the 1665 or 1680 or both? From the reviews, I thought the 1665 was near perfect. PT sells the exact same MBW or are there differences?

I was referring to Angus' modern (16600). But his 1665 isn't a MBW and neither is his 1680 (a sub not a sd). Of course MBW 1665 and MBW 1680 are near perfect. Non-MBWs are not bad but just not the same things.

Not exaclty but very close, its the best I have found outside of getting a gen. Good quality product. BTW, I got the DRSD 8) .
