I told you guys I bought a VIPmariner from Tim with A21J mvmnt in it. I then bought Rivers with ETA copy and went to work. I like the case of the VIP Sub and put Rivers' ETA mvmnt into it. It was a very easy swap for someone like me who doesnt have very much watch knowledge.

Well I ran it to my watchsmith for him to look at it and he was quite impressed. He says the ETA copy looks swiss to him. I left it with him for a tune up and he said it will take swiss plates and parts. He believes that it is a surplus ETA without the stamp.

He told me to buy with confidence as he will have no problem working on them in the future for me.
