You may prepare a separate invoice beside PayPal. It's dangerous because if they know you are dealing with counterfeit stuff, you may be at high risk. Better not use it. Duties varies from countries to countries.

Dont you guys have 25% VAT in your country.
Than you have to pay 57.25$ but i dont think that tehy will take your paypal think. And at the first think i would not brng the customs the paypal invoice otherwise you will bring u the adress from ruby.

Sorry, meant to say fantasy route, meaning its a fantasy watch that a friend created out of bunch of parts and declare a value of say 100.00 or so.
