I just got my first PAM, 212 from trevor.
the crown guard lever seems very loose.
is it suppose to be like this?

PAM crown guard lever

Try tightening the crown guard to the case (make sure it's loose first!-you do not want to overtighten or strip screws) --sometimes the whole assembly is loose and makes the lever loose too.
