I searched thru' my customer database....just out of curiosity..pulled up about 20 names...input the relevant data......and surprise surprise....2x of my customers...( members )......showed up as offenders........same name ...same zip codes.....hmmm...!
unless they are molesting a child or physically in the act of a crime, do not do anything to them, but stay away from them, don't put urselves or ur families in that position.
technically speaking they can probably sue for discrimination of character, also depends on if that offender is on probation (because his rights are different).

Novesh's right. These guys have a serious problem. Confronting or insulting them will push them even farer away from society and it's rules. That means they might become dangerous because they feel like outlaws anyway.

Of course, like any statistic this might vary a lot. In germany for example there are estimates of about 200.000 to 400.000 being pedophiliac. We got about 80.000.000 people. Take out half of it (women). Then another third - maybe half (boys and doters).

and for all.... if you should happen to be pissing in public and a cop catches you.... part of the conviction will be you will have to register.... if you're shagging some girl (or guy) out in public and you get pinched.... same thing.... shag your wife with the windows open and someone sees you and reports it.... guess what?

what was the definition of pediophiliac though? that's how you can create a statistic like that... through your definition...
If your definition involves lustful thoughts about those underage (under 18) and that person admitting it then 1 in 10 is easy to achieve.... how many guys get convicted of statutory rape in the US? By this definition, every conviction is a definite pedophile... not to mention those who have fantisized about their kid's babysitters or kid's friends....
it's all in the definition and sampling data....

as far as having sex infront of an open window, you have an expectation of privacy as long as u are in your house and not having sex on the window which is open, on your porch or on your lawn, you can actually call the cops for peeping toms.

The public urination thing is down right scary. How many times in my younger days I stumbled out of a bar to relieve myself in an alley. That's one drunken mistake that would be with you for life. Wow

Here's an excerpt of a story about a 13yo and a 12yo getting a little familiar without intercourse... and don't tell me most of us didn't play doctor at that age and younger...

And he's hesitant to look for a job at a bigger firm because of the mandatory background check. In his current small firm, he said, he was able to explain the situation to an understanding boss.
"Yeah, I sweat it," he said. "It's human nature to judge. I'm just not going to put myself out there."
Billy's holding tight. He's just two years from being taken off the sex offender registry. Because he was a juvenile, his record will be clear. But in the meantime, he knows the political tides aren't turning in his favor. "
