Movie: 300 Have you seen it, would you see it twice?

I went to see the movie 300 at the IMAX theatre.

HOLY COW! OMG!!! The movie was great, watching it at the IMAX was priceless!
I am thinking about getting a bunch of the guys together and going to see it again.

Favorite scene... every time the soldiers would chant. That was powerful! :twisted:

I saw the trailer and was impressed with the exaggerated colors and action. It's a beefcake showcase. Never seen Spartans this buffed. This is a must see movie and must own dvd.

You dont have to be gay to say that these guys were chizzzzled. Forget a six pack, they had a friggin 24 pack!
If you like blood, guts, and a lot of action, this is a great movie for you! Oh.. and some tits a couple different times too.

I saw a 30 minutes movie wrap up and it looked great. I love how they made so many scenes look exactly like the book its based on. They took the entire crew (of muscle bound people) and put them through a two month extreme fitness routine to get them in shape.

So many? It's a scene-for-scene copy, apparently.

I've not seen it, but as a Frank Miller fan, I will as soon as I can see it without subtitles, ie in 3 weeks.

I only like a handful of movies I've ever seen in my life to watch them over again. And this was one of them. Wow. I did the IMAX thing to and it was just amazing.

Watched this tonite...Quick review: A flat out guts n' glory pic with mucho visual appeal if u can tolerate massive cg overload (I could in this instance.)

Compared to Gladiator (Way overrated IMO), I felt 300 was the superior film ... 7.5/10

Now lets see what Mr.Snyder can do with "WATCHMEN", one of the top 3 Graphic Novels I've ever experienced....coming in 2008.

someone at work said this movie was gory. I asked them "have you seen Pan's labrynth?" and they said no. I was getting ready for blood and guts worse than Pan's, but boy, it was nowhere near as gory as pan's in my opinion.

GREAT MOVIE. I'm going to go make some cardboard cut-outs of a sword and shield tomorrow and start smacking some of my coworkers.

I'll add a couple of "SPAAAAAAAAARTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH *drool*" with it too.

did not see it in iMax. am now considering watching 2nd time in iMax.

I liked sin city so I'll probably watch this one too, when it comes out on April 5th.
Somewhere I read, this movie might be as subtle as a spear through the head but a lot of fun though...
