I enjoy a Maker's Mark Red Wax myself from time to time.

Although it is almost Friday night down here, I think I will have a few beers tonight on a warm summers evening, rather than bourbon.

Gawd bless the Irish for their explosive ways... and their Whisky.... and I suppose the Baileys and Guiness as well...

And Gawd bless home-brewing of beersh for the knowledge and such to actually have Guiness on a Nitro-tap in my very own home... right next to my home brews.
