I have bought a watch in november to Torobravo. The watch was arriving at the begining of january ( more than 7 week its slow for 60$.) . The watch wasn't working at all. At watch Smith was asking 150$ to fix it. Torobravo was ok that i send back The watch ( on my own money ) With à tracking number . He has got The watch in 2 weeks. The 28 january he was writing i Will give you the tracking number. And since this email , he didn't reply to my emails ... I have all the reasons to think that he Will never reply and i Will never receive a working watch ! When there is no problem , maybe it's a ok seller. But if can steal you he Will do. he isn't honest at all !

He's on CNY vacation, more details go to his section.

Give toro a chance to clear things up, I'm pretty sure he will.

For what I know is sending a watch back can cause a lot of problems. Long waiting time, risk on customs again.

I wouldn't call anyone a thief, he is a td for a reason! I never purchased from toro but his communication could have been better from what I read, but that doesn't make anyone a thief. I think td's are just really busy selling waches worldwide.

Sending back a watch is really the last option for me, I would go for the 150$ fix at the local watchsmith and maybe toro would give you a discount on a next purchase.

I feel bad for you getting a doa, unfortunately all part of the game.

Since the answer of the 28 "yes already sent out ,can get tracking number tomorrow" , i have write 3 emails to him and one more directly on the web site . And nothing... Do you think that they need 12 days to write an email ? Torobravo was giving me a chance to think another thing about Torobravo ?

I understand what you are saying, bad communication sucks.

But give it a few days, watch probably on it's way to you now and don't worry too much about a non working tracking code, happens more often and suddenly the watch pops up. it is Chinese new year now anyway so I wouldn't stress yourself and toro with a lot of mails.

In this game, you must be patient when everything goes right.
In your case, things have gone wrong during the CNY as a consequence : you will need a big amount of patience.

But, you would not flame a TD in an open thread like this without opening first a support ticket on this forum.

You just can NOT call ANYONE a thief here without it.

Push the red button called "Helpdesk!" in the header above.

<<<<<<<<<<<

I know bad communication sucks and Toro's strength is not to reply fast, but I'm sure he is not a cheater.

If you had spent any time reading on this forum you would know that before posting this you first go to the "Helpdesk" and ask the mods to assist you with this issue. I have purchased from ToroBravo. He's a good dealer. The Trusted Dealers on this forum are on here because they have been vetted and are "honest" and are not going to "steal." Quit being a whiny bitch and contact the mods.
