Tourism festival ?!?!
I thought tourism was outlawed in The Kingdom!? No visas or foreigners allowed to enter unless you have someone there on the inside whom you know, vouch for you - or if working/like teaching in a school?

Yes tourism festival lol, but unfortunately they mean local tourism. You can actually get a visa if you'd like to visit the west coast Makkah and Jeddah.
It's not outlawed, they just have some stupid strict rules here. But yeah you're right, if you wanna visit Saudi you'll need someone to sponsor you to get into Saudi. It's not really hard, I'm actually half Saudi and every once in awhile my other half of my family visits Saudi.
