Hi,
anyone know how waterproof a rep??

i must waterproof only the backcase or the crown and the front case too??

It depends very much on the watch, and the quality of the rep.
For example, almost all modern Rolex Sub reps have o-rings on the crown tube and caseback, so just need silicone greasing and tightening.

As rocketdogbert mentioned, it depends on the watch. Good quality diver reps are usually OK for swimming after greasing the gaskets. Shitty chrono from aliexpress, not so much...
