Hey guys. The crown on my 372 is causing me some trouble. It winds up fine, but when I pull out the crown to set the time, there's some play in it and I sometimes have to find the spot where it will catch to turn the hands. Is there an easy way to tighten that up or do I have to bring it in for a repair? Thanks in advance!

Sorry Teris, I also have a 372, but never/haven't experienced this kind of issue before.

Hard to say what it really is the issue without opening the watch. Maybe the stem is not engaging correctly or it is not screwed in fully inside the crown?

If you have tools I would open the CB, release the stem, check it is screwed tightly into the crown and re-insert it in the movement. If that does not solve the issue there could be something wrong in the keyless.

Thanks very much for the replies, guys. I've never opened a watch before and don't have specific watch tools, but I'm open to giving it a shot.
