It depends what series you are trying to replicate. Remember this is an M series watch. What may be accurate now may not have existed 5 years ago. The replication is as accurate as can be. Unless you see something in the new Noob case that should be replicated in the 029.

Nobody can assure a completely new rep model case of a Luminor at this moment
Anyway if you are lucky could get a new case Noob for your 029 with better finish and accuracy of lug contours joining the case

Davidsen has his usual factories, no Noob, H maker, ZF, Sf or V6
But the watch you are talking about is the first A-series of PAM 029 from 1998. It is a bit different, see the Tritium dial and the white second-minute markers in dial contour. The CG is also different (old model not curved)
It is another lower level of rep

The Noob 029 is one of the most accurate reps. If you are trying to dissect the flaws, well usually its on the cyclops' halo and perhaps the old v3 case which has bad lug finishing.

I agree with kampachi
I hope last batches have improved the cylops ( like in other models ) and even the lug contours finish. But we cannot assure it.
Maybe some owners of recant batches could chime in

I just don't get it.... That v2 rep by noob is so great and all the other lumes are basically spot on but the 029 is off. I so want that 029 as my next purchase but the more I look at it the more it bugs me
