Did I **** up?

So as my username suggests, my username may or may not be my real name, did I **** up if I want to sell watches on here? I would hate to have to make a new account and have to post 25 things and wait 30 days or however long the waiting period is.

Also, I know selling fake watches is illegal, but it seems like everyone does it, what are the risks honestly? I don't want to get into any trouble

Your username suggests You are one Nicholas Andrew. If You also want to receive some money for selling something and post a package, You will have to disclose a little bit more - at least to the buyer. Now what would be totally illegal, is to open a second account, take a look at the rules.
Just sell as it is, chances to find a buyer are much better if You´ve been around for more than a year.
