As others stated, best motoring watches are Chopard MM and BRM (but youre buying gen on that - few reps exist of them.)

Yep, I did mean reps (although my F1s are gens). A bit of fun really. But those BRMs look ace!

Like the look of the Chopard: an interesting suggestion that needs some more research for me. This isn't one I'd thought of. The tyre tread on the strap looks cool.

I think a Monaco/Carrera (quite like the 300 SLR) is always a must - although which is going to take some time.

As I said originally, whilst I appreciate that Paul Newman is a god - I'm not too sure I'm a fan of the daytona watch. Its irrational for a petrol head I'm sure...

Here's mine, it's a 21j and has wrong case back, but I like it nonetheless.
I'm not a fan of rubber straps so I changed it with a custom made leather.
