Oh thanks. Well spotted. I replaced the crystal this afternoon with a profs xAR - didn't know about the brush having to be vertical. Will fix it tonight. Thanks again mate

I can't see how the dial colour makes a difference. What I can see is putting my JF next to my TF and V6 and the difference in the AR is obvious!! Will have the blue dial JF next week hopefully so will know for sure then!

I hate to agree with him but he's right. A whiter dial reflects more light and thus giving a 'brighter' appearance. Check out all the white dial ROOs, MH, Panda, Navy these guys look exceptionally clearer than the darker dial ones, of course 2x AR Xtals bring these to the next level but not as obviously as with darker dials.

I'm not saying the JF AR is not better I'm just saying it's not even close compared to a prof or guru coating and that on the light colored dials you can get away with no custom AR because the light colored dial masks the bad AR better.

You might be right but I'm comparing 2 white dials together and the difference from so many angles is as plain as daylight! But I'll make proper judgement when the blue arrives. Oh I got me the blues - ohhhhhh yeahhhhhhhh
