Explorer build #2 Rolex Explorer 5500 Tropical dial build

So i talked a bit about this in my last thread. This is a 34mm Rolex 5500 explorer build. Ive been waiting for a few weeks for the parts to trickle in and with the help of other members I've received everything ive needed for it.
-Jmb 34mm tudor case and rolex 5.3mm crown-
-Jmb Movement ring-
-Clark Tropic 12 plexi-
-Bezel from StoneP-
-yuki 5500 tropical explorer dial 27mm (Gilt super precision underline dial)-
-Gen 2873 swiss eta low beat non hacking movement-
-yuki hand set aged-
-19mm 455 end links-
-19mm gen bars-
-Rivet Bracelet-
-Gen big crown clasp-

Looks awesome! Just curious - does the JMB case set come with a bezel and plexi or are those parts that we always have to get extra?

Thanks man! For the 34mm case he only had a midcase with no plexi or bezel. So I took what I could get and bugged a bunch of other people for the parts I needed! Haha.

That's awesome that it all worked out the way it did and you were able to score a bezel like that. That crystal looks great. So the 36mm 1016 sets do come with a bezel and plexi?

Yeah the 36mm cases come with everything, the midcase, caseback, crown, plexi, bezel and movement ring. Those are all set! i was lucky that other members had the parts laying around! Thanks to [MENTION=93965]junbug5150[/MENTION] [MENTION=59949]stonep[/MENTION] and [MENTION=21836]jmb[/MENTION] for helping me out!

Stonep sometimes offers excellent 34mm Tudor prince cases (7400) with a smooth bezel and drilled lugs. I believe you can use them for 5500 as well. Unfortunately, his case comes with a sapphire crystal & cyclop and you have to figure out which Clark's plexy to use with his case.

Thanks Vito, I was going back and forth and just decided to keep everything going and not rush it. Im very happy with this one. Its running great and Im putting it on a jubilee next week when it comes!

Okay guys here's the final Product. The 2783 i had in there crapped out after a week and i couldn't get it going again, so luckily found one on ebay, got a rolex rotor and jubilee bracelet, Also the crown stripped so i went to a 6mm crown and it looks great! Well here it is boys, enjoy:
